KIPPOMAT Type KG for Euro Pallet Cages / Gitterboxes

The KIPPOMAT Type KG is a robust tipping and transport attachment designed for the safe handling, emptying and cleaning of Euro pallet cages / gitterboxes. It is specifically designed for professional forklift use and is suitable for pallet cages manufactured in accordance with DIN 15155.

The Type KG follows a similar operating principle to the KIPPOMAT Type KM but is specially equipped with a clamping fixture that securely locks the pallet cage in position during tipping.

The KIPPOMAT Type KG is available in several operating configurations and is supplied with a hot-dip galvanized finish for long-term professional use in demanding industrial environments.

Operation

The Euro pallet cage is positioned inside the KIPPOMAT and securely locked using the integrated clamping fixture.

The attachment is then picked up by the forklift using the integrated fork sleeves. Depending on the selected version, the tipping operation is performed hydraulically or manually.

During emptying, the pallet cage remains securely fixed, allowing its contents to be discharged in a controlled manner into larger containers, waste skips or other suitable collection systems.
