Delivery Policy

Delivery Address: We will deliver your product to the address specified at the time of ordering. Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Shipping Carriers: Our distribution is handled by DPD, DHL, or PostNL, depending on the size of the shipment. Upon shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace code to monitor your order.

Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, typically within 30 days after order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated on our webshop. If there is a delay, we will inform you via email.

Large-Scale Orders: For substantial orders, such as metalwork (e.g., tipper containers), you must be present at the time of delivery and have the necessary equipment (e.g., a forklift) to receive the items.

Delayed Orders: In the event of a delay, you may request either (a) a refund of the amount paid for the product or (b) a replacement product of equal value.
Return Policy

Return Period: You may return the product within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation that must be included with your return.

Return Shipping: After receiving confirmation, you must return the product within an additional 14 days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days, covering the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Handling of Products: During the consideration period, please handle the product with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether to keep it.

Condition of Returned Items: Returns will not be accepted for damaged packaging or products. Used materials will not be reimbursed.
