CONVEYOR GRAVITY ROLLER AND ROLLER TRACK TOPS The top structure is constructed with 25/10th sheet steel for the frame and 20/10th for the edges and rail guide combs, which are completely removable and assembled using screws, nuts, and 4 ladder/top junction plates made of 25/10th sheet steel.The tops can be fitted with either galvanized steel rollers with a diameter of 30mm or three roller track rails with a diameter of 30mm.Roller track rails can be added to tables with a pitch of 48mm, allowing a table to accommodate up to 13 roller rails.The tops are equipped with side edges that can be fixed either as raised or fallen edges. Additionally, optional stops can be added to the tables at the end of the line.Each top is equipped with two supports for fixation between two PROD’LINE workstations.Load capacity per top: 150kg.
