Deposit including rental period costs must be paid in advance by bank transfer, stating your rental contract number. The rented property can be picked up by appointment. In consultation we can arrange delivery and collection. There are transport costs associated with this. Cancellation of rental contracts is possible up to 48 hours before commencement on collection and 72 hours before commencement on delivery and collection transport. When returning and concluding the lease, the remaining amount of the paid deposit will be refunded to you within 1/2 days.
