The IBC Residue Drainer Type IR is a professional solution designed to maximize the drainage of Intermediate Bulk Containers. An integrated spring mechanism automatically tilts the IBC further forward as the liquid level inside the container decreases. The lower the level, the greater the inclination, helping the remaining contents flow toward the outlet.

The sturdy steel construction features a hot-dip galvanized finish and is designed for professional use in industrial production, warehouses, logistics and material-handling environments. The IBC residue drainer is available in IR-1, IR-2 and IR-3 versions for different installation requirements.

Tilting frame with securing corners and support legs. The support legs have prepared drill holes for screw mounting onto a 1000-litre sump tray.

IR-2
Tilting frame with securing corners mounted on a base rack. The elevated ergonomic design provides a more comfortable working position. Supplied in kit form for easy assembly.

IR-3
Tilting frame with securing corners and screwed brackets for securing the unit to a pallet rack.
