If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as completely as possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible and no later than five days after we received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation within two days of your complaint and let you know when we expect a substantive reply. If we cannot mutually resolve the complaint, there is a dispute that is subject to settlement.
